Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
Shipping & Taxes:
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Petite by Michelle Vivienne’s discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Personalized items are always final sale.
